Bravo! For the two Whole Foods employees that were solution focused. They both were awesome. Taking TIME to approach and LISTEN to my VALID complaint regarding AMAZON COUNTER being CLOSED. Going above and beyond, in spite of NOT being directly involved. Impeccable CUSTOMER service is something I always experience whenever I'm in this Whole Foods Store. Amazon, on the other hand DOESN'T REPRESENT accordingly because there's a RECURRING issue with the AMAZON COUNTER LOCATED INSIDE Whole Foods. On Sunday, I arrived well before 9:00 PM to pick up MANY ORDERS + having ALREADY VERIFIED that the AMAZON HOURS were SUPPOSED to MATCH the STORE HOURS. Utilizing the "on my way" feature in the app approximately TEN MINUTES PRIOR. However, the counter was ALREADY CLOSED upon arrival. Ok store ., but... parking lot entrance and exit are poorly designed causing traffic to back up throughout this crowded plaza. Also new lights on Monroe cause more traffic issues than should have been alowed by the town. Someone bought a new car or summer home.

The baked in store bread looks great, but that's where it ends. You can't find any nutritional data on each of the breads in the store, not on the package, signs or anywhere. When you eat it it lacks any substance or heartiness in the mouth and the fiber content appears to be very low. Secondly, the beef tenderloin is always tied with string, which tends to deceive the buyer into thinking you're buying a good, single piece of filet beef steak, only to find its not and you have to wrestle with cutting string from your steak, which is not enjoyable. More importantly the flavor and texture of the steak is highly inferior to the steak I buy at Wegmans, as an example. The fresh meat counter always looks half empty as well, which doesn't present well to customers at all. Makes it look strangely oversized for the foot traffic and unappealing as opposed to a full meat counter with bulging selections to choose from. Finally, although there is a "cafe" as announced by signage, there is in fact NO coffee in a cup or any other hot drink to be bought, there
